These terms apply to all purchases made through albertcatala.net. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

🛍️ Products & Orders

All products—prints, photobooks, or any other items—are made or fulfilled individually and often in limited quantities.
Details about dimensions, paper type, and edition are available on each product page. Please read them carefully before ordering.

Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it is considered final. If you notice an error in your shipping address or product selection, contact me immediately at hola@albertcatala.net and I’ll try to help if the order hasn’t entered production yet.

💳 Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed securely through the available payment gateways. No financial information is stored on this site.

🚚 Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, but delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination. I’ll send you a confirmation once your order has shipped.

🧾 Refund and Return Policy

At albertcatala.net, each item is printed or produced individually, with care and intention. That’s why returns are only accepted in case of:

• Damaged items
• Wrong products received
• Printing defects

If that happens, please email me at hola@albertcatala.net within 5 days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the issue and your order number.

❌ Returns are not accepted for:

• Changes of mind
• Slight color differences due to screen–print variations
• Items sent back without prior contact

✅ What happens next?

If your claim is approved, I’ll offer:

• A replacement, or
• A refund, using your original payment method.

📦 Returns (if applicable)

You may be asked to return the item. In that case, I’ll provide return instructions. You’ll only cover shipping if the return is not due to an error on my part.

🧾 Custom or signed items

Refunds aren’t available for customized or signed products, unless they arrive damaged.

🔐 Personal Data

Your personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which you can read here. I only use what’s necessary to fulfill your order and never share your information with third parties.

⚖️ Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
